What does UPS CC mean? ›

A UPS Customer Center is a UPS-owned and staffed shipping location equipped to assist you with any UPS international, air or ground package shipment. Most UPS Customer Centers are located on-site at UPS-operated facilities nationwide, and they are more frequently found in metropolitan areas.
