The perk to steal coins more easily might be worth your effort or enchanted apparel for pickpocketing (like what you get for joining Thieves Guild) or potions

my two swords have a 77 and 75 (if i remember right off top of my head) charge on em but with one of them haven soul trap on it and with the amount of empty soul gems u come across keeping the swords filled is not an issue at all. absorb health in my opinion is a must and soul trap helps keep them filled while paralyze helps when dealing with mage type enemies cause their really the only type of enemy that can give me any trouble

However, there used to be a glitch with fortify restoration that can turbo boost your skills to insane levels, and with that it was possible to make armor as shown in the picture. The part with the necromage has never been fixed by the developers (while a lot of other stuff has changed) and in my opinion, it's nothing false about it

One good place for players trying to quickly increase the Smithing skill is inside and outside of Warmaiden's in Whiterun because there is access to all Smithing equipment, and Adrianne Avenicci and Ulfberth War-Bear are available to quickly buy and sell items. What the note is saying is that even though the damage of enchantments is increased by the increased elemental damage perks, taking the perks won't allow your enchanted weapons to have the additional effects, so attacking with a fire damage weapon and the intense flames perk wouldn't fear your target. The final value would of course be higher for the axe, but I don't think the game considers that when calculating enchanting experience for the enchantment

Soul Trap is another good choice for training -- although it does scale with the enchanter's skill, it does not require a strong enchantment level to be effective in practical use. The bonus can apply to affects it should not apply to, based on the damage specific description as well as stack with other bonuses from the other damage perks
